Methodology: The Breakthrough survey collects responses from a new group of roughly 1,000 representative Americans about what they have seen, read or heard about major presidential candidates each week. The sentiment is computed for each response, normalized and adjusted to map to a -1 to 1 scale and then aggregated for the week. This specific survey ran Oct. 4-Oct. 7, 2024 and was conducted by SSRS and Verasight.
