Notes: “Areas assessed to be undergoing clearing operations by IDF” are areas that ISW/CTP have identified through the use of geolocated videos, photos, remote sensing, satellite imagery and IDF reporting to be undergoing operations to clear Hamas. “Claimed furthest Israeli advances” are the most forward position of Israeli forces, as estimated by ISW/CTP through reports from official media of Palestinian militias, independent Palestinian journalists’ social media accounts, Israeli media and IDF reports. This layer is lower confidence than the clearing operations layer.
