Here’s what you can expect from Pennsylvania, one of the seven battleground states that will likely decide the election as it counts and reports votes cast early or on Election Day.

Early voting ended 10/29 in most of the state. Mail-in ballots must arrive on or before 11/5. Ballot processing begins on Election Day.
What to expect on election night
Vote reporting will vary by county, but large counties are likely to report large numbers of mail votes shortly after polls close. It may take several days for all the mail ballots to be reported, since election officials can’t begin processing those ballots until Election Day itself.
