ICE plans to house detainees in sprawling warehouse conversions
One facility proposed in Social Circle, Georgia, could house up to 10,000 detainees, according to documents provided to the city by Immigration and Customs Enforcement. The below plan is for the “first floor” of the warehouse, with more buildings or floors expected.
